Requirements: Go on mystery gift and select "GET VIA NINTENDO WFC" then you will (if you have connection) receive the Liberty Pass. Once it brings you back to the menu, go to a Pokemon Center and talk to the guy closest to the door and he will give you the Liberty Pass. When you reach Castelia City, go to the leftmost port where there will be a ship, talk to the guy next to the ship to go to the island. There you will face what is shown in the video. Please ignore the following: my random breathing, random hand gestures, random jump (although minor), random person coughing and random sped up parts. Regardless I caught the Victini after many tries in a Great Ball (although I reset because it was a neutral nature) And the reason I have another Victini (and starter) is because I went through the game once up to this point then traded the pokemon over so that I can restart and get a different starter as well as Victini.
